Conventional loans are for first time home buyers, second homes and investors that are looking for an option to finance property with a fixed term.

FHA

FHA Loan Product

The FHA loan provides value to first time home buyers. The appealing part to this loan is for a buyer to be able to acquire financing with a comfortable monthly payment. These loan types are for primary residences only.

VA

VA Loan product

To qualify for a VA loan an individual will have to be a military member, surviving spouse of a military member or Veteran that is able to receive VA benefits. A feature that attracts Veterans to use this product is that it requires no mortgage insurance and no down payment. A VA loan is for primary homes only.
