880 square foot downstairs floor with private entrance of comfortably cozy cabin with panoramic view of Lake Guntersville, River Bridge, Yacht Club, and City Harbor lights.

One private bedroom with queen bed, two twin beds and queen sleeper sofa in great room. One private bathroom.

Kitchen in great room includes full size fridge w/icemaker, oven, stove top, microwave, regular and Keurig coffee makers, waffle maker, crock pot, pots/pans and utensils. Laundry room includes washer, dyer, and sink.

Gas grill and chimnea on patio.

310 feet of shoreline with large dock. Excellent water for swimming and fishing. Boat rentals nearby and fishing guides nearby on world class bass lake.

Nearby boat ramps include Guntersville City Harbor, Alred Marina, and ramp on Hiway 431 by Tennessee River bridge.

Enclosed boat slip with lift for boats up to 23 ft. available upon request for $25 per night.

Lake Guntersville in November

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay at this cabin and the pictures are accurate. The boathouse and use of the lift was very handy and an important factor in our selecting this place. For the price, we were very pleased. The weather was great and fishing was good! It is a downstairs unit but no one is staying upstairs. So we had the place to ourselves. A couple of things to note, the two single beds are in the main living area. The sink is a laundry sink around the corner from the stove. We ate out once a day with only breakfast in the unit. It has some cooking items - like small frying pans but it doesn't have lots of kitchen appliances (like a toaster) if you plan on a lot of cooking. Treats/Snacks are left for your use - a very nice touch! The floor is painted cement with rugs on it. The walls are painted cement blocks. The chairs are well used but comfortable. We weren't expecting posh accommodations and enjoyed the place. It has fabulous views and good parking. The new dock is great. The owner was very easy to work with and we were happy. We enjoyed the new City Harbor just across the lake with boat parking.

Family Getaway

This was such a nice cabin and just the right size for my family of four . We had the perfect view of the water and the location of the property was within just a few miles of all the local restaurants and attractions. The nicest part about this cabin is the owner goes the extra mile to ensure you have a nice stay and ensure you are comfortable with all the essentials you may need for your stay. I would definitely stay here again .

Weekend fishing trip

We checked in on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. House was clean and all we needed it to be. Boat dock was great for us. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
