| The Marshall County Sheriff's Office, located in Guntersville, Al, is a full service law enforcement agency serving the citizens of Marshall County by maintaining around-the-clock law enforcement presence in rural Marshall County. Our divisions include patrol, investigations, aviation, civil process, court, prisoner transport, communications, and the county jail. We demand the best from our personnel and maintain an aggressive approach to training and educational programs that prepare the members of our office to meet this demand.

District Attorney Jennifer Bray made history as Marshall County’s first female district attorney after being elected to office in 2022.
