Marshall Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 91-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located just outside Lake Guntersville in the heart of Marshall County. Our facility provides 24-hour nursing care with on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy services designed to help residents regain strength, independence, and confidence.

Marshall Manor offers short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term skilled nursing care. At this time, we have 20 acute rooms available for short-term rehabilitation patients, allowing us to support individuals transitioning from the hospital back to home as safely and efficiently as possible.

Additional services include restorative wound care, diabetic management, pain management, hospice care, and individualized care planning. Residents enjoy regularly scheduled activities, beauty and barber services, and a supportive environment focused on quality of life.
